SPARC is headed by Dr. Ketan Bhatikar (P.T.) who holds Master’s Degree in Orthopaedic and Sports Physiotherapy. He has been a physio to the Goa Ranji Team and has travelled abroad for many cricket camps. He has also been the physio for super six cricket matches for the Super stars and is the Head of Department as consultant Physiotherapist at BITS Pilani, Goa.

Dr. Ketan Bhatikar has been the Head Physiotherapist at Football Unity World Cup 2015. He has been the physio for various countries like Brazil, Portugal, Ghana, Columbia, Uzbekistan, Nigeria and India.
